I’m extremely impressed and satisfied by the cleaning service and by the app itself. Very easy to use and easy to book the laundry or cleaning service. The lovely ladies that came to clean are super professional and fast. I’ve tried many different apps before with services like this but i can definitely assure that this one is the best so far in Dubai. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try. Thank you justclean for making our lives easier 🙏😇

This app is the absolute worst. You can't even reschedule in the app, it takes forever to load, and there's no way to call anyone for help. I made the mistake of buying the 3-pack deal+1 free – worst decision ever. The other week, the cleaners were supposed to come, but they never showed up. When I finally got through to customer service, all they said was, "Oh, they're off today. Can they come tomorrow?" Like seriously? I wasn't even told beforehand, and they just wasted my time. So I asked for a refund and specifically said I wanted it in my bank account. But what do they do? They dump it in the app's wallet, completely ignoring my request. Then I had multiple customer service reps calling me, none of them on the same page, making me repeat everything over and over. Today, the cleaners arrived, and I had to send them back. The company they work for called me, and I had to redirect them to deal with the app people. It's like their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They're totally disconnected from their third-party cleaners and us customers. I usually don't bother leaving comments, but seriously, this app is just terrible.

Don’t trust this app. They have the worst customer care and not professional at all. I sent my laundry on Saturday for pressing and was supposed to arrive back on Sunday. I contacted the customer care several times to make sure they arrive on Sunday since I had all my kids’ uniforms with them and that they are needed urgently. They kept on telling me that they will arrive on time even after the delivery time has already passed. The last one told me to wait while he contacted the laundry to confirm and just ended the chat and I wasn’t able to contact them after that. I was so mad that I had to go to the laundry by myself at 10 pm and pick up my laundry (which were still untouched) before they close for the night. They called after that directly apologizing for what happened and that they would contact the laundry and make it up for me and till now no one called. This is not the only time they did this. I thought they’re more professional now after seeing their ads all over the streets but every now and then they repeat when you think that they’ve become better.
