I honestly do not think 90% of the bad reviews are even true to begin with. I have ordered from Keeta close to around twenty times in the past month, and not once was it late, all the vouchers I applied worked flawlessly without any app lag as far as I can remember, do not forget the offers on this app are absurd and something’ you shouldn’t miss out on, I highly recommend you actually try to order from Keeta two or three times before falling for these fake reviews (or so I speculate).

I honestly do not think 90% of the bad reviews are even true to begin with. Terrible Experience – Never Using This App Again!

I had a horrible experience with keeta . I ordered food through the app, and instead of placing it in restaurant branch near to my address, they sent the order to a restaurant branch 64 kilometers away from my home!When I contacted customer service, they played me and told me that the order is few minutes away and after a while the courier WhatsApp me that he had accident and the order will be with another driver I contacted customer service again to reorder or refund the amount on the app wallet but they disregarded my request instead processed a refund through Apple Pay without even asking me. I told them several times that I wanted the refund to go back to my wallet, but they wouldn’t listen.I spent over three hours trying to fix their mistake, but they were completely unhelpful and unprofessional. In the end, I had to pay double for the same order because of their error.This app is totally unreliable, the support team is useless, and they take no responsibility for their own mistakes. I’ll never use Keeta again and don’t recommend it to anyone!

I had a horrible experience with keeta . Their app can be very laggy when trying to apply vouchers, I applied the 50Percent offer once and it lagged and didn’t apply and I made the order with full price, I then immediately tried to cancel the order when it then took me to customer support, I messaged the person on the other side and they were taking an extremely long time to reply and get back to me. That was until they told me that since it’s been too long since the order was last placed it is now out for delivery and cannot be cancelled. And another time my order had missing items and when I tried to apply for a refund I got completely declined. I then tried to contact customer support who were again very slow, and in the end they gave me only a 5 dirham voucher which isn’t really much of help. (Ps. The missing item in my order was around 10 dirhams) They make you feel as if they are very stingy with their money and don’t treat their customers with much care once the payment has been made.

This is the WORST food delivery app I have ever used and the WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with.1.Late deliveries are guaranteed – You won’t get anything delivered in less than 1 hour.2.Fake “On-Time Promise” – The driver marks the order as “delivered” in the system just to avoid passing the promised delivery time and to escape giving the AED 10 compensation. My order arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes, but because the driver marked it delivered early, the system refused my claim.3.Customer service is beyond rude – When I complained, their response was basically: “You got your food, didn’t you? Sorry, nothing we can do.” They kept repeating this like robots with zero empathy, zero understanding, and a very dismissive attitude.4.Completely unprofessional support – The call center is outsourced to Egypt, and the agents clearly have no training in customer service or consumer rights. When I requested a call back from the Dubai office, of course, no one ever called.This app is misleading, dishonest, and disrespectful to customers. You can even file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department because they promise compensation they never actually honor.⚠️ Save yourself the stress—don’t download or use Keeta. It’s not worth your time, money, or nerves.
