I ordered my first pair 3 months back and apart from a delay in shipment it went fine.

Last month I decided i wanted a new pair of yeezys for an even coming g up so I tried to order. The account did not work as there was maintenance hence the Instagram team (no one else responds) advises me to order in a week and it will be fine. Another week went by and still same problem. Last week they informed me they will add my order in manually and I will get by order by the 9th on time for my event. Last Monday I messaged and they rudely told me to stop messaging.

Now it’s to late to order from anyone else and I’m left with no new shoes.

Terrible customer service and a lot of lies are told just to hold customers. I’m sure in the pay king kicks used to care about all customers however now they only care about celebrities etc etc etc!

Don’t bother ordering as they will not support you unless your a celebrity.

Poor customer service!!!!

I am from UAE and I have ordered and payed since 4th of October, 2022 and still didn’t got the order.
I order wild wide shops from all around the world, and I ever ever faced such a situation. This one ( King kicks ) had me the worst experience ever. I payed the price by my card and waited for almost 4 months, but the status is still (processing) till this moment. I talk to costumer services in the application itself but no response, no any response!
This is really bad and really the worst experience for me. I don’t recommend anyone far to buy from this shop.
