Worst game support ever and p2w trap

I have played this game until I reached a point where the game support refused to give a refund or convert jades back to gems. They admitted that they are wrong and didn't help at all. Apple refused to give a refund also and I got tired of trying to reach out to them. Worst game support and worst apple refund system ever. Money is their priority, nothing else. Don't fall into the trap you see in ads. It is a lie.
