Resetting glitch

Whenever I reach level 7 the game resets my progress please fix this

Loading, only strong players pay a lot

It is a good game to keep kh fandom going but the issue is only with loading and making the player pay expensive prices just to be the top ranked players

The game always resets when I start level 11........

This is not fair....I really want to continue the game at level 11 but when start level 11 the game gets resets and I have to start over...Please fix this.
