I had the worst experience with kiwi, i booked a flight and i needed to do some changes before my flight and when i called them they said the changes will cost me the new flight ticket price in full! The worst part is when I called the airline to rebook, the airline told me that we can rebook it for you with an extra amount but kiwi the (third party) has put a restriction on the flight and we cannot change it for you only kiwi can so basically you put a restriction and control the ticket so even if we try to get our money back incase of a mistake and we need to rebook you don't let us why? Just to let us waste money or for you to earn money by doing thay?? I booked tickets with many third parties but never experienced this kind of thing before,, i am moving to another app!!! I will lose all the amount because of your restrictions! Thank you Kiwi

I had the worst experience ever. to cut to the chase i spelled my name wrong and i paid for correction (says in T&C takes 2 days) took more than 10 days and still my name hasn’t been corrected i’ve been calling every day for the past 10 days and they say ‘wait for the email’. now i have less than 24 hours for my flight and it’s probably going to be cancelled and there are no refunds. and the manager sent an email that he will call in 2 hours and he didn’t. i have everything in email and i will sue.

واجهت اخس خدمة عملاء اطلاقاً. اختصر الموضوع كتبت اسمي غلط و دفعت للتعديل لكن ما عدلو شي و كاتبين انه بيتعدل خلال يومين في الشروط و الاحكام. خذالهم عشرة ايام و كل يوم انا اتصل يقولون تريي الايميل. الحين باقي اقل من اربعه و عشرين ساعه و الاسم ما تغير و المدير طرش لي ايميل انه بيتصل فيني خلال ساعتين لكن ما اتصل. و ما رح يرجعون المبلغ و ان شاء الله حرام عليكم كل درهم سرقتوه. و كل شي موجود في الايميل و راح اقاضيكم.

Kiwi really let me down. For some reason, they booked my flight as two separate tickets instead of one although sending me one reservation. I therefore didn’t realize I needed a visa for India as it is not needed for transit. When I was denied boarding and I called to have the ticket issued as a single ticket, there was nothing that kiwi would do. Same inhumane script and no suggested solutions at all. Very heartless and poor customer service. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a supervisor. Still, there is nothing they will do after I missed this expensive flight. Don’t do it. It’s not worth the risk. One small thing goes wrong and you are flushing your money down the drain. Book directly with the airline
