We are KIWIride— a registered and locally established, Dubai-basedbrand to provide an electric scooter sharing platform in the GCC and EU.
We are committed to developing eco-friendly, smart mobility solutions that will help communities in the GCC and EU get access to environment-friendly, affordable mobility. The aim is toloweran individual’s carbon footprint by reducing dependence on automobiles for short-distance transportation.
What’s New
Version 2.3.0
Our New Release will have new features and improvements.
We also crushed some bugs to make our App more responsive.
Checkout “RENT KIWI” feature, it will allow our customers to customize their rent of the Electric Scooters and set time and date when scooter is to be delivered to their door step. We have also added a new feature MOBILE CREDIT, now our customers may use their mobile credit to pay for their rides. This service will be available initially in some countries, as we will notify our expansion in the future.
Ratings and Reviews
Easy access, convenient and User friendly.
Kiwiride makes outdoor ride fun and exciting. I often took Kiwiride from the metro train station up to our office in JLT and it is by far the most easiest and convenient way in getting to location within Dubai Marina and JLT area. As for the price, it is reasonable and way cheaper than taxi.
Suggestion on outing kiwi tide in Abu Dhabi al mushrif
I love kiwi ride when I went to my cousins house there were kiwi ride but in our place
we don’t can you put kiwi rides in abudubai al mushrif it will be helpful
Worst Service Ever
App keeps on crashing, took time to activate a ride and ending a ride. I had to call customer service just to stop it because you're paying minutes for a service you don't get to use. Very bad experience.
Not a user-friendly app. The person I spoke over the phone hardly speak English. The scooter is not working perfectly. You get charged every minute whether you're using it or not so be careful, it will take your money without getting anywhere.
