Ine order fir more than 2 months still not received on system (actually it is received but on system not yet)

Contacted them more than 3 times and every time the promise but nothing happen

I can not log in to my account for three months and the support team told me after trying three months that they don’t know what to do! And funny thing that they keep deleting my review in the AppStore 👎
