Log in issue 😡😡😡
Why are you people making it so difficult for us who are not in Nigeria? We were so happy that we finally got a bank that we can be wherever we are and do transaction for our family back home, but you guys are making it so difficult for us currently logging into the app becomes a problem. I’ve been trying to login to my app since yesterday ever since I transfer money so I can use the money to sort out issues from back home and up to you now and I have not been able to log into my Kuda app at Kuda. Why are you behaving like this? Why are you guys not making it so difficult for us to make use of the app if you guys don’t want us to be using your banks app you let us know, so we can stop putting in money there and just close the account cause I don’t understand why I should send money from outside country to My Account and I am not able to login into the app so I can do the transaction which is the reason why I transfer the money and my people are waiting for me back home
