Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently had a disappointing experience with Level. I purchased a pair of shoes from their all and due to sizing issues, I had to return them.
I tried them on very briefly in my own room, my return request was rejected claiming I damaged the shoes.
I am disheartened and upset. I always take care of anything I purchase online and only worn them very briefly indoors and in my own room.
I am highly disappointed at how they claim to be a luxury company and I have trusted them when I decided to purchase a pair of shoes from them. Moreover, the customer care representative was so dismissive on the phone and even hung up on me.
I would suggest you download reliable websites like Farfetch and Net-a-porter that are more customer centric which will prioritize consumer satisfaction.
