Note:
To obtain vehicle information through the Connected DA, your smartphone needs to be connected to the Connected DA via Bluetooth, and the LEXUS CONNECT app needs to be running.
The vehicle information is transmitted to the LEXUS server in conjunction with GPS when the app is running. It is not reflected properly on the app if GPS is disabled on your smartphone.

Need help

I bought LS 500 2018 model and this car ia used and im trying to connect it but i dont have license and dealer in uae they cannot help me even in japan didn't do anything why they make difficult. I have right to use this app i can pay if its need to be rested

More features

Their should be option for unlocking car doors.

Shame

Shame on Lexus having such extremely bad application like that useless one.
When I was in USA, I loved Lexus with its technology. Now in UAE, I paid 1.5 times the price and got 20% of the technology and that useless app. Thank you for making me hate Lexus and won’t ever think about or recommend it again.
