Having a bad experience
We had a good ride around JBR1 Dubai. When we stopped and ended our ride, unable to end ride, EVEN THOUGH the scooters were parked next to three others that were parked there OUTSIDE of a building . There was absolutely NO warning that we were about to park in an area not allowed.
There should have been a warning message
BEFORE we ended the trip not just suddenly charge to my card. Not only was I charged a fine, all the credit in my account disappeared. What a terrible experience after we finished our nice ride.
Another thing is that they don't have the option to unlock more than one vehicle with the same account. SO DISAPPOINTED!
Great ride, TERRIBLE gps and app settings
We had a good ride around Vienna. When we stopped and ended our ride, the app suddenly charged us a fine for parking incorrectly, EVEN THOUGH the scooters were parked next to three others that were parked there OUTSIDE a park in the sidewalk. Horrible experience of app and customer care
Took their e scooter from a location then after riding around 20 mins I came back to same location where they had a sticker of parking on footpath and there were three more e scooter parked. I want to end the ride, app says I’m not authorized to park here and asked me to go to designated parking area. Sent them msg thru app, found no customer care number where I can cal. Tried to pause the ride but same problem. I struggled 15-20 mins in hot weather and finally the ride ended not before charging me for 40 mins and making me sweat. I suggest don’t take ride as they will make hole in ur pocket.
