User interface needs improvement

This app has a potential, but it needs to improve lots of functions and make it simpler
for users to navigate. Simple photo of traditional paper report can provide more information than this app - what food kids eat, their sleeping durations, hygiene information. Also, we dont always receive updates on time, so it means it is also not user friendly on teacher side to input all this information into app.
