Close of account
My brother has the liv and he opened an account for me because I needed it. The normal liv told me that I was too young for the normal liv so I got the liv young and it never gave me problems🤩. Just when I turned 18 I tried to change to the normal liv but it does not want to close the liv young account. We follow each instructions but we can’t find the “close account” button. Help me please.😔
Bugs
The app has a serious issue, and it’s not only for me it’s also like that for me and my sister where the app doesn’t even work once you log in it takes 2 seconds then the app closes by its self. I have restarted my phone multiple times and have deleted and re download the app and made sure my phone is running the latest update yet it’s the same issue over and over again for the past month and a half now. I can’t check how much money I have!
Not able to sign in
My son has received the liv young debit card, made the liv young account. However, when we try signing in the app, it says its wrong when we know we have placed in the correct details😡
