User friendly… but some places require us to to produce actual credit cards rather than the digital ones

I've encountered several challenges with LoungeKey that have made my experience quite frustrating.
Firstly, there seems to be a glaring absence of customer service to assist with any issues. This was particularly problematic when I faced difficulties regarding their card management.
Unlike other platforms, LoungeKey doesn't permit the use of more than one card. Trying to troubleshoot this, I deleted my account intending to use a new credit card, but later decided to revert to my initial card.
Now, I'm met with errors for both cards upon registration, and I'm left in a bind with no avenue for resolution. My bank pointed me towards the LoungeKey team for assistance, but, ironically, there's seemingly no direct way to contact them. For a service that's supposed to provide convenience, my experience has been anything but smooth.

I’ve been trying to access the app that used to work great before the summer, but it keeps looping when you try to log in.
I’ve tried resetting my password and still doesn’t work. One lucky day, I was able to log in just to be asked to validate my card details, which I did, only to be told that I needed to enter the correct credentials, which I had.

I contacted my ADCB bank to see if they had pulled out from Lounge Key or if my card was not considered for that program, which they replied that it was valid for the program.
Tried to contact Lounge Key only to be told to contact my bank, which I had already done. No further help was provided.

I’m quite disappointed that they made a cheap faulty version of something that was working great.
