Very bad Customer Service
The application blocks the profile for no reasons. This happened to me twice and they don’t even investigate. They actually don’t even answer the emails after a while. No clear explanation and evidence to why it’s been blocked! Very deceiving.
UPDATE:
I’m receiving the same automated email that they blocked my profile because of a list of reasons.. which I have nothing to do with this list. My profile has normal pictures and never done or said anything wrong.. it is actually more then decent. But they still blocked the profile TWICE for no reason. Also this happened to other people and no explanation after sending email.

The app is not working well
A very strange application. After registration, the application is under review for 24 hours, but it has already been under review for 3 days and every time I open it a new countdown begins, and no refusal has been received either... At the same time, messages are received that the profile is being viewed. As a result, I want to delete the profile - it writes an error for the 10th time. This is all completely stupid with such loud advertising. Either the development is terrible or some kind of scammers

We set a review process to maintain the community quality. Each newly created profile will be reviewed to get onto Luxy. You can try perfecting the profile to increase your chance of getting onto our site. And you're able to delete your account whenever you like. If you have trouble finding it out, feel free to contact our support team.
