Great Customer Service
I love the app and the whole ease of getting an urgent stay in maid. Very easy to book and the videos and rules are clear. My maid from them stayed with me for 4 months but unfortunately got sick but they replaced her next day. Their rates are a bit high but worth the hassle free of getting a maid

Listen the experience of ending the contract
While selling agent say that your nanny will get end of service benefits, and a one way return ticket from the company, once the contract is ended (as long as it ends at the completion date, not early)
Now we are at the end of the contract period and don’t renew it, but they say that they don’t pay actually end of service benefits or buy a ticket. Actually this is even still advertised online in the app and web page.
Further, I remember paying a security deposit, but can’t find the receipt, after years. I was expecting a serious company accounts to keep this record, but I was told that they don’t have such record.
We will now get an other nanny, and I was thinking to transfer the contract to her. But not possible. So those one time fees are associated with the maid/nanny. When you change your employee, they need to restart everything.
