Dumbest reply from support team
I had written a review a while ago considering that someone from the support team will be able to help me out. Unfortunately that is worst than the chat team too.
I said I already have a ASP.NET platform for my e-commerce website, the reply I get “ our best suggestion would be to use e-commerce platform for your online store, you can view third party integrations here”
Now I just said that I already have a ecom website then why would I make a switch to a shopify or so? The dumbest reply. If this is the reply from a support team, I don’t know how the organization is...
Mailerlite - you really need to work on your customer service or to eliminate your email bots (if any)
