As a banking App , there should be some updates from time to time , to increase the security of the app and solve any bugs , the app needs to be improved by adding more features , adding an option to view statements, improving the UI ( user interface ) , adding face id/ finger id to login faster .. the app should have the ability to show more than 5 transactions.. there is a lot of things need to be improved for a better user experience
Login pblm
Always login problem , after login if click another option,again i have to login , need improvement and more options.
Worst customer service Highly unprofessional and inconsistent
I am using Mawarid salary card more than 1 year. In emergency I need my 3 months bank statement, so I called continuously 3 days at 4Pm the CS boy told me ‘ Your team leader or manager should send us the email at. (mawarid.customer service.ae ) requesting for bank statement so we Will issue it. I informed my HR Department so they did the needful very day , whereas no response from Mawarid . I called them next day- same time and the same person spoke to me that my Manager should apply online request from WPS (wages protection system for the Bank Statement) I was shocked why did not you tell me this yesterday. I was ashamed to ask again from my manager to make request from WPS to mawarid as they gave me incomplete information. My manager said it’s really inconsistent attitude, well I will send request through WPS. Today is the fourth day ,Yet no response from Mawarid. Highly highly disappointed told my finance dep to give me salary by cash and not to transfer in this account. Even 1 star rating is too much for this . 😭 they wasted my time
