Transaction always fails

The old app is much better ! Am in the overseas can you imagine the stress you are giving me? And another thing it is so difficult to reach your customer service ! You have to put in account number and press this and that etc ARE WE REALLY IN THE RIGHT HANDS?

Please live in the expectations of your clients no matter how much is their deposit have a simple shame you benefit from that deposit! Get your online banking service app working like your motto! Its 2024 wake up !

Please be advised that there are no reported system issues with our 24/7 Customer hotline (02-88700-700 or domestic toll-free 1-800-1888-5775) as of this writing. For easier navigation of our automated system and to get to appropriate group who may assist you in processing your concern immediately, we highly recommend that you may call our Customer Service hotline, please choose from the following options depending on your inquiry:



Option 1 (Credit cards) or Option 2 (Bank Related), or Option 3 (Prepaid Cards) and under Option 2 (Bank Related) see the following options:

Option 1 (To report a LOST or STOLEN ATM CARD)
Option 2 (For Account Balance Inquiry)
Option 3 (For ATM and Deposit Related Inquiry)
Option 4 (For Metrobank Online and Metrobank Mobile Banking)
Option 5 (For Home and Car Loan)
Option 6 (Remittance inquiries)
Option 7 (Investment inquiries)

Failure to enter the correct OTP for 3 times or don’t enter any account number, your call will be automatically be forwarded to our Phone Banking Officer.

Worst app

Please improve this app. The old app for online banking is better than this app. Always error when log in the correct credentials. In ur old app it shows 1 week left then u’ll remove the app, however this new app metrobank still not working well, as a customer im expecting better app not the worst app!!!

Poor Customer Service

My husband called from Overseas twice to raise my concern but it just keep on ringing for more thank an hour. Account shows 0.00 Available Balance. You mentioned that it’s a 24/7 Customer Service. How come no one’s responding to call. Very frustrating!
