I love Mi Fit, and I got a band for Christmas 2 years ago, but there aren’t any updates, and one update I would like, is to respond to messages, by using voice message. And I would also like to add more than just 10 alarms. I would like there to be an update at least once a month. But I REALLY want that voice message sending thing.

Poor App Functionality

I recently purchased the Mi Band 3 and installed the latest version of the app on my phone.

The app has very poor functionality and I cannot seem to get in touch with any customer representative. Every time I try to turn on notifications for apps it doesn’t turn on. It shows the loading symbol for a while and then gives the message ‘Couldn’t Turn On’. Similarly, I can’t switch off notifications from apps that are on by default.

This poor design doesn’t leave any room for customization. I cannot even get a notification if I receive an SMS. I honestly see no point in getting the newer versions of the Mi Band if the customization as advertised is not an option because of glitches in the app.

I’ve tried to reinstall the app and restart my phone but it has all been in vain.

I’ve sent emails regarding this but no one has gotten back to me and it seems that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their priority list.

Sleep in the afternoon & evening shd be allowed

Since it does not have sleep option for those working in airport or who works 24/7 hrs you need to create option where if I am going to sleep so it calculates the sleeps. Since I work night shift then I would sleep in the morning and the band does not calculate it.
