Awesome app

Very very nice app. The Abayas and dresses are very nice and ar at reasonable prices. I just love this app as it offers huge variety of decent cloths. I just got addicted to this app. I have ordered 6 to 7 times just in 2 months and satisfied with everything I have got. Thank you modanisa team and keep it up the good work and please provide discounts for us.

Good but....

Ok quality talking their products are good and literally you just get what you see on the pictures BUT they have a very bad service when it comes to estimated delivery date they don’t stick on that at all, they just let your parcel go to multiple countries without even the possibility to track it coz they choose the worst shipping company and when you call the modanisa customer service center they lie telling you it’s in the costumes of your own country so they can’t help since it might be very busy there. After sending an email inquiring about my order as why it didn’t arrive they didn’t reply!!!! Contacted the shipping company i was informed that my stuff are still in the costumes of another country meaning it will take at least one more week to reach my place. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE

19 days later Modanisa can’t get a hold of shipping company

I made my order on Nov 28th, my items were supposedly handed over to the shipping company on the 4th of Dec and thats it.
Called Modanisa twice to follow up - second time they said that they are unable to get in touch with the shipping company.
I’ve made orders from Modanisa several times before without facing any issues. But this issue completely put me off since Modanisa is not being proactive enough about solving this issue. Either send out a new order to the customer and make sure it arrives, or offer a refund AND stop dealing with bad shipping companies that are obviously unreliable. VERY disappointing.
