Wonderful game but I’m unable to play
Love this game and have been playing it for a while but your website for troubleshooting didn’t help with my issue. Every time i launch the app i get the pop up “open fail”. I’ve updated the game, restarted my phone, my phone is up to date, logged into another device, and the issue is still persisting. It happened 3 days ago and I doubt it’s a server issue. Please fix this.
The game is nice, but lots of bugs...
I used to play this game before all the major updates and before mk11 was released, but then i quit due to studies. So i was happy to see the game have so many more options to play after i redownloaded it, but there are a few problems.
1) First of all, whenever i log into the game even if it is third or fourth time logging in, it will give me the daily reward for 1 consecutive day and it will stay that way even if i log in every day for a week. Its kind of annoying to get loot that doesn’t benefit players that have maxed out all bronze and silver character cards so pls fix.
2) Then there is the Shao Khan tower bug. I completed the tower once before and got the character and stopped midway through completing it again. When i started playing again my progress was saved so that is nice. But what was annoying is that after I completed my 3 battles, i check the next day to play again and find out that my progress has reset back to the number I started with (74). It really is annoying to not be able to progress in the tower and fight the same characters so pls fix.
3) Now idk if this is a bug or not but i cant seem to find any use for the purple fragments that you get from Shao Khans tower. I have about 270 of them so idk if that is a lot or not and idk how to use them so pls add it to the help menu next update.
Crashes and Suggestions.
I only wanna ask if you can fix my problem.
I was a fan of MKX but the day after I receive a Diamond Card from the Elite Pack, It crashes every time. It always happen when I try to play the game. But every time I watch the cutscene from the start, It kept crashing, Even the latest update could not stop the crashing. It's almost been a month since It stop crashing. If you fix it, It will be great for the people related to this problem.
Suggestions :
1. I suggest for a fortune wheel after every 5 consecutive days. some have silver cards, some have souls and koins.
2. A sell option. When you have extra support cards, leftover equipment, or you don't want to fuse a character card, this should do the trick.
3. A new mode. This mode will actually upgrade the chance for getting additional stuff from the Quest Mode, chance of dodging special effects, adding chances to receive additional koins or souls and more.
