The worst insurance

The worst insurance in UAE. I am not sure why are they even allowed to operate

Not working and very poor customer service

App is not working (any more) since a few weeks. No error message when logging in! MSH customer service is not responsive at all! Back to square one with paper and mail courier the reimbursement notice!
