Monthly billing
I am observing that the monthly bill is increasing despite that my usage is the same
I would like to know the reason and the details of the different fees and tax’s imposed on my account. Last month bill was 274 pounds this month is 304???
A reddiculously dumb app
Tou cannot retrieve a password via email
Well because you cant associate it with email !
You have to go back and corth to the shop and wait and wait
Then someone will tell you you have to do it with the call center !
I spent my holiday visiting etisalat stores , the service is as bad as a train station in mumbai
I literralyvspemt 2 hours with an incompetent employee who suggested a new line
You cant use your forwign card to add credit
You have to go to the store
Then in the store tou can only add 300 egp and to add more you have to use a different bank card
I gave my passport to thr employee who took two hours
When i got homey line was disconnected because somehow he failed to add it properly and i called
They said i have to go again to the store

Only requesting to remove the condition of continuous 6 month monthly usage to activate the rewarding points program as i use in one month more than regulars in 6 months
