Bayut Vs MyCRM
MyCRM is a good startup CRM continuously trying to improve its features, but There’s one issue.
MyCRM doesn’t work with Bayut, as a broker we want our properties to be listed effectively in all major property portals available. Apparently MyCRM which is PropertyFinder’s development and their competitor Bayut doesn’t want to work together. This’s creating a huge impact on our work. Every listing is updated manually and separately on Bayut and PropertyFinder which is not efficient. The XML feed from MyCRM is available within seconds but unfortunately Bayut doesn’t collect these feeds.
Thus, there’s 2 options, either use MyCRM and ditch Bayut or use Bayut and ditch myCRM.
