I really need help

This app is really very fantastic but nowadays it’s not working like before...I can’t log in into my account from 1month ..idk why but when I try to log in my account this app wants a password ...but it’s a matter of sorrow that I never used any password in this account before...and when I click “forgotten password” this app send me something like this —-> We were not able to send you instructions on how to reset your password at this time, please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact customer support.
And when I click customer support it’s again stop working...idk what is happening with me but m really need help ...I want my account back at any cost 😭
