Asking me to register again

I’m a registered patient and why the app asking me to register again , it should take to my record with otp validation or some kind of authentication- asking us to enter emirates id etc..etc. doesn't help

Your comments are greatly appreciated. In order to safeguard our patients' personal health information, our application will require them to register and match their current patient information.

Slow and Outdated App

I checked and read all the reviews. It is frustrating to find out that issues year by year are still the same like what I had encountered today. It crashes and worst, doctors are not updated so I am unable to book appointment. The developer answering reviews to look on the matter were never addressed considering I am experiencing the same issues until now. Try to really address the issues because I believe the hospital’s reputation is at stake too introducing a slow and outdated app.

Upcoming appointments not showing

1. The app shows only past appointments and no upcoming appointments. But it has a function “Manage your appointments” for cancellation and rescheduling, which obviously does not work. One still has to call the number and speak to operator in order to reschedule/cancel the appointment. So what is the purpose of the app then?
2. There is no customer support chat or email on the app. So again a phone call is required. The app does not serve its purpose and that is online service instead of phone service.
