Complaint
I wanted to report that your delivery man has misbehaved with us today . We ordered something on COD and could not cancel it online . He came and as we said we wish to cancel the order , he started shouting at us . He was so loud that the neighbors came out . He was shouting that why are u not accepting , I will not get my money for petrol . They don't pay us . It's my loss too if you reject the delivery .Accept it and than return it later . I am not concerned what are your terms with your staffs . But I really wanted to report it n will never reorder till he say sorry to my parents . He misbehaved with them .

Elite Member, but disappointed
Since 2013 I have been doing all my purchases online from Myntra and even brought many of my friends and families to the app. Now I do shop for my wife and Boy often. I do order very limited brands and my concern is the “Convenience factor” has lost its charm. Any of your marketing or ads just adds to a 10 % of my pie when I choose myntra and the rest 90% of the chart for me is the convenience. When I do search for the kids store , it shows pale of things and the filter is not precise . Why instead a list of brands can’t be there when I choose the kids or infants rather than doing a filter over filter. End of the day to find what I want I have to spend the time almost as going to the mall and comeback . When tech improves, it must ease the task rather it complicates. My Opinion may not matters, but expressing it is my right. Thank you and I have placed my last (before I uninstall the app )order now on 9th May 2020.
Worst shopping site ever
Myntra is the worst place you can order items from. I recently ordered a diesel watch, but instead they gave me a local brand which from no angle looked like the watch which i ordered. The packing of the product was super horrible, even the barcode number of the product was torn off. When i applied for returning the product, they just keep ignoring me. I would recommend to never use this to order anything.
