Not working

The App is not even working. We tried calling 171 and it keeps on rejecting our account number. Sad to say but PLDT service is very bad.
We applied for line transfer and we can not even follow it up now on 171 hotline. It is not even bad service but WORST!!!

Useless app

When enrolling new account the app will send otp to the home wifi dashboard which you dont have access because your using your mobile outside your wifi coverage.

Can’t pay online

In these tough times,I couldn’t pay online!
My mom is a senior citizen and my kids are minor and I reside in Dubai. I couldnt pay online for months now as its saying under maintenance. For 4months????? This is ridiculous. They don’t answer emails and complaints aswell!useless app
