I wish all the countries can follow suite and make an app like this. So easy to use and you can literally do anything and everything that is required for the phone account just from the app. Absolutely amazing! If possible there should be a way to login the app when abroad or use Face ID for secure login etc

Overall it’s a good application but has some very silly points like if I’m out of internet package and need to refill .. I can access the app but I can’t access the payment!Also I can’t chose a specific amount to charge .. I have to chose one of the presets which never meets my needs .. I have to recharge multiple times to reach the nearest amount I really need

Now I can easily pay my bills with Apple pay and I was also able to change my regular sim to an esim which made my life easier ^_^

I used Mobily internet to update stc app when I have an active internet plan (data finished / social media still have balance). Why STC can’t open the port to allow its apps and websites to work on their Internet plan ? Why we need to use other service providers data to update STC app ?

This is not an easy interface to use. I won’t to add data for Internet but difficult to find basic option. Further to this, I would like to add international calling minutes. Where do I find this feature??
