I love every bit of the game but...

I played mystic messenger when it came out and I love every bit of it and when I downloaded it again and logged in it doesn’t load all the way... I’m stuck in the load screen with “fetching photo data” is displayed on screen

My account was banned for no reason

I used to play this game from 2017 and I had I bought a lot of things for my account however I was busy so I didn’t play the game for the past year because I finished all the routes but when I tried to login earlier today it told me that my account was banned for some reason and I can’t unban it anymore and I can’t also submit any inquiry about out. I’m honestly so disappointed I really loved the game 💔

can you please make the screen fit for iPhone X? I cant see the entire images they're cut off from the top and sides. Nor the hourglasses at the top of the screen; I can't even click it. Thank you 💖
