Apps lags and gets stuck
App is easy to use and navigate but it is slow to load pages and often lags, to the point that I have to close it and start again.
Horrible costumer care
Medication approval took more than week, they blamed to hospital, so i had to go there and make a call with both parties, it seems that insurance team are not checking there email property which delayed my medications for more than week. After all this mess from oman insurance team, my medication got rejected because i don’t have medical history !!!! WoooW is that even a jock ?! I paid extra money to upgrade my insurance and this is what i get from a cheap and unprofessional insurance company.
Im wondering if (god forbid) something serious happened or i required surgery… what would happen
My advice to who ever is reading this message: go and find some professional and better company not this ch🤭t
Poor service and mobile app.
As you can see from the numerous reviews, the service offered is very poor. Not much good clinics covered. Common medicines not covered.
The mobile application is pathetic. Takes many days Effort to somehow login. And you cannot login the next time. Please change the application and create it with some one who knows to make a proper mobile application.
When the application and service is getting better, will update the review.
