BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The app is having some hiccups and made my items got delayed, the driver is rude and even the customer service is rude.
First update that I received they mentioned that I didnt answer the call which is wrong because they never called.
Next update I received the address in their system is still wrong and even it was update by phone its still showing wrong.
When you try to approach the customer service they are just making fun of you.
Excellent App, excellent service
This is a great courier, app is user friendly, their process is friendly, they very responsive on website, on the app, WhatsApp etc.
