1, There is no instruction of purchasing the e coupon. I did not set up the timing for water, the system assigned a timing on my behalf( I did not notice) so I phone for delivery and ended up having two days continuous delivery. 2, whatever u added to ur shopping basket it would be consider as pending order even u had deleted. Massy app! 3, I purchased 10 buckets from E coupon and phoned the customer service as well as WhatsApp for delivery—-but never came for two days. Imagine I sat at home just for the delivery. Ever time they say the team is on the way, I believe it! I understand their job is busy, but no credit and broken communication along themselves is horrible. At the same time, the coupon balance was zero but the credit was deducted from the bank. Therefore for the delivery team side of view I am a customer had no credit, of course he would never change the water for me! Phoned the customer service again, was informed it takes 24 hours to activate the coupon. My humble advise is: If u were in a hurry for water, just buy from groceries nearby: flexible timing, easy and simple service, guaranteed service. It had been good and smooth when I buy water couple with cash from the delivery team. But purchase from app is a nightmare!

They didint deliver water for 2 weeks and its not the first time they do this, and when i call them one girl answered and say sorry we will deliver it this week! Seriously! Is this ur customer service! Then i go to app its not working every time i get that there is something wrong, so i access it from web and it doesn’t show the history on schedule delivery like before. After i made a complaint by email, got a reply to send them my mobile number so someone will call me back! If they do well their job they can check the email registration and know my nbr to call because they did it last 2 weeks also and they managed to have my number mashallah. It was better before but now its getting worse and they dont seems they care at all!
