I can’t unblock sensitive content

I tried like hundred times to unblock, also I watched videos about it and still not working…
The problem was with login with telegram, I tried it also on pc but still not working, and tried to contact the service and ask a question and its very bad.
It’s a bug i’m 100% sure about it

Nicegram application lock cannot be unlocked.

After the Nicegram application lock is opened, you can't open the application even if you enter the correct password. It always prompts you to try again after a minute. You shut down and restart the app many times, but it doesn't asles. How to fix it?
