I have added money of 12000 via upi in niyo and I went to withdrawal at atm and I’m in aboard in dubai and Suddenly no money I called up customer care online they replied with email stating there was unexpected server
Mantaince going on I thought it will be resolved and Again today they updated withdrwal is done and Now they saying they disputed and even it takes time even the developer himself has posted transaction off dispute still they do not see that taking that longer it’s same kind of fraud at banks has happened guys be aware of using this I would as soon leave this bank I’m already Trapped with niyo dcb bank and Now I’m filling an FIR at India and Also going to consumer forum and filling complain at ombudsman so guys read this
