Poor customer service and delivery

Dear Noon I am writing to file a complaint about my recent order with your company. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, and I feel that I was taken advantage of. Firstly , despite paying the extra delivery charges, my order was not delivered on the promised day. I called your customer care center three times, and each time I was assured that my order would be delivered on time. However, the order never arrived, and I had to call again to find out what was happening. Secondly when I finally got through to customer care again, I was informed that my order would not be delivered until the next day. This is not acceptable, as I needed the item urgently. Furthermore, I was told that there was nothing that could be done, and that I would just have to wait until the next day. Lastly, I am extremely unhappy that your company is refusing to take responsibility for the delay, and instead blaming the shipping company. I understand that there may be factors outside of your control, but as the seller, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that orders are delivered on time. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from your company. I feel that I was misled about delivery charges, and that my order was not delivered on time despite paying extra for delivery. Rude behavior of Arpana

Hello,
I am not writing this because of the delay of my food as I understand it is due to the bad weather however my concern is about Ms Arpana who called me to inform after 2 hours of placing order that my order will be cancelled due to bad weather. She was extremely rude and unprofessional while talking. I understand due to unexpected weather deliveries can’t be accomplished on time however there is always a professional and polite way to express the inconvenience to the customers. Once she completed saying that order will be cancelled she was not willing to listen to me and her response was please speak to customer service. Why would someone call me to inform this.? It is absolutely not expected from a brand like Noon to have this level staff and I feel extremely disappointed with this. If you want to do a business please do a business with ethics, if poor weather is expected please don’t hesitate publish this on your forum and have all the deliveries closed until it gets better rather than giving options to the customers to order and make them wait for more than 3 hours for delivery. Sometime your refunding of total bill is more valuable than the time that you have made the customer waiting with expectation. And after all this I have to go through the rude behavior of your staff as well.
Totally disappointed about the execution of noon on this and the RUDE behavior of Arpana.
