Lost account

I quit the game for sometime them my account has been owed by someone else. I spoke with support but they never investigated this maturer enough. I own receipts of thousands of dollars spent on this game but they refuse to even listen to me and investigate because the one who stole my account some how purchases after me them the account as per support belongs to him.
