Waste of time
We as a family have been trying to to book a slot for a visit to Rawdah but we unable to do so . We have been trying 24/7 nothing is working.
It’s completely blank . Doesn’t even show the dates .
And it’s still 2 more weeks when we go for Umrah, which means that even 3 weeks before we aren’t able to book a slot.

Bad experience
The app doesn’t work. How do you change gender of a user even when visa information is given.
App keeps crashing and doesn’t let us book slots.
How does a person go to rawdah when your app lacks functionality and NO ONE GETS BACK IN TOUCH FROM CUSTOMER CARE!
