Log-in errors

I love the simplicity of the app but I frequently experience log-in errors and it’s very inconvenient. You can’t use it 24/7 as opposed to what it claims in the T&C. I’m still using this bank just because it’s easy to use and does what it is supposed to do like fund transfer which is important for Filipinos overseas. Just please fix log-in errors.

Money transfer difficulty

Hello, i just wanna ask why every time i have to send money, the OTP generator doesnt come? How many time i have to request but no OTP comes. Pls fix this . I love the app because its convinient to use only the difficulty in sending. Thanks
