Terrible Experience – Possible Scam
I placed an order with this app expecting to receive it within the estimated 4-6 days, but it has now been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received anything. There’s been no communication or updates on the status of my order. This lack of response is unacceptable, and it makes me think this might be a scam. I would strongly advise against using this app—save your time and money!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP!
Whatever you do, don’t order from this app! I placed an order 16 days ago, and it's vanished into thin air! No one knows where it is, and the customer service is a complete joke. This is beyond unprofessional—it's infuriating!
OhPolly took my money and won’t give me a refund
I placed an order with Oh Polly on 6 June for a dress for my best friend’s wedding. Still to this day I have not received the dress. It is 20 July. I have been chasing my refund since the end of June, with endless promises that I would receive it however, I still have not. I do not advise ordering from ohpolly.AE as they do not have the correct courier partnerships to be able to deliver successfully in the UAE
