Price mentioned fixed they don’t take more
Usually get y 10-15$ less than the original air company

But there problems is

1- customer service is horrible
No body respond email or telephone even chat life is machine reboot it has automatic answers

2- they too too much time between they get your money and confirm your ticket
They keep it pending almost 24 hours some times is ok but other times the airplane company cancel the processing special if the price is very law, they send direct email to you to confirm & pay in time limit max by next 5-6 hours otherwise they cancel your reference

Fraudulent activity

WARNING

On the tenth day of June 2023, I booked a flight ticket from Abu Dhabi to Cairo via the Opodo website to book flights using the aforementioned debit card via the airline EgyptAir, as the mentioned booking site allows for a full refund of the ticket price in the event of cancellation within the first hour of booking (done) Cancellation of the ticket and submission of a refund request within the first hour of reservation).

It should be noted that the refund request can be followed through the Opodo application, which always states that the approval of the air carrier (EgyptAir) is being obtained.

The strange thing is that EgyptAir stated that they - as an air carrier - are not concerned with the matter of refunding the ticket price at all, and that it is necessary to communicate directly with the aforementioned booking site.

It is worth noting that I have been in constant communication with Opodo customers via Messenger since the first day of the claim, who always claim that the amount will be paid in full within a few days (sometimes two days, sometimes seven days, and sometimes ten days).

Scammers operating this Application
Worthless to download this OBODO and the cost of downloading for this applications scamming users by deducting fees and charges for virtual booking sending fake confirmation email without any time granted for the flight booking until authorized and deducting the amount from credit card and after sending cancelation email for the booking with the reasons of air lines cancelled the booking without any reason or even apologize massage with alternative options or arrangements just to show commitment to customers for service provided
This cancellation email received later cost me double to rearrange another booking with respected Apps deserve the name
