Our Smart Socket S20 is not supported by ORVIBO Home. You can operate S20 with WiWo APP. We feel sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Great service and follow through
We brought the team in in the early stages of building our house. They are very thorough and didn’t require to be chased when their time came to get involved. The service is really good and now I can control the whole house (lights and air con) from an app on my phone. I can also answer the door bell even when I’m not home. Wouldn’t have been possible with out the excellent work and services provided!
Nice device
Very simple and practical item
Slow and inconsistent
Hardware quality is quite poor. More importantly, app doesn't work well. Lags a lot and doesn't save configuration settings properly especially after power failure. Have tried other Chinese smart devices but many are way better. Dissatisfied.
