Confused and Disappointed

My friends and family told me that Our shopee has the best service but we were really DIAPPOINTED😏. When we just received the order and opened it, something was damaged. We did our best to contact them but almost 2 weeks ago no one cared and gave a good answer, whether to replace it or not, while our payment processing has been fine. When they will deliver the item, their service is good, but when there are complaints.. no one will answer the inquiries and listens to our concerns.

Item not delivered! Customer service giving unprofessional response!

The product was not delivered on the supposed date. Since this was not my first purchase with Ourshopee, I waited for a couple of days hoping something would turn up from their end but nothing happened. So I contacted the customer service number on the app. A guy attended the call and he was so unprofessional that the only thing he said on picking up the call was ‘the guy is sleeping’.

I dinno how to respond to that. Somehow I managed to get another contact number, the call was answered and they did take up the issue and assured me that they would give me a callback by evening which, ofcourse, did not happen. And I repeatedly called the number over and over and they did not bother to respond.

A lady named Fatima called back after sometime and said the product will be delivered tomorrow and she was thoroughly impatient and rude like the issue was not them but us ! The customer service is extremely unprofessional. Not coming back here !

I would like to give my personal review/rate about this wonderful app. From purchasing through placing an order and receiving my parcel, it was a very smooth process. And the delivery of the item is very fast, adding note on it the delivery guy was very pleasant to talked with giving the situation that I am still at work when he called and no one was able to receive it at home. He warmly says that he will gonna call me back on the specific time I mentioned that I’ll be at home and surprisingly he came back! Sadly, I haven’t got the chance to get his name coz I was overwhelmed with my parcel. In a kind return of gestures I gave him a donut and a bottled of water for my simple appreciation of him being a nice guy. Thank you! Salute everyone on this team! 🤍
