Dallas Hotel
Very very bad service from staffs and i have stayed more than 4hotels by using OYO app and all other hotels are very nice and friendly service except Dallas hotel
Those who are looking for hotel to stay don't select this hotel and its taking too much delay for check in.I felt very bad to see the service like this from OYO
The Real "THUGS OF HINDUSTAN"
I booked with them for Mahabaleshwar almost 3 weeks back and paid upfront for my family stay for 3 nights for 3 rooms 3 days back, since I thought oyo are reliable. I reached the property and surprised the owner saying that oyo did not send confirmation of my booking. I called oyo customer care several times and each time before the call gets routed to their senior advisor, they will drop the call. Imagine you took your aged parents and they make you sit outside the hotel for 2-3 hours and oyo don't want to answer or solve your booking. The property owner though being courteous spoke to oyo to reallocate my booking, but oyo want to eat my hard earned money which I paid. I had to manage with a single room overnight elsewhere but still oyo are sleeping. My family & myself called them several times, but "thugs of Hindustan" are still sleeping.
I will not leave any social & consumer forum website until I get my money and compensation for my suffering. To conclude, please stay away from these thieves. All rooms offered & photos on site are fake and they are fraud and thieves.
Worst service by the hotels they list
The service provided by the hotels they provide is worst. Booked my room in a hotel in deira and when I called the hotel again they said there is no room here , Call the OYO and rebook in other hotel . After doing that went to the new hotel and the receptionist was very rude .These people deducted my money and because of the rude behavior of receptionist I lost my money but and couldn’t checkin. Why you want to loot people like this . Would give worst rating and my friends who were with me will also be doing the same . Will also be sharing my review in all the social media as well and will never ever recommend oyo.
