Really helpful this app, who is traveling on budget oriented, there are one or two locations have some kind of issues, so better to be confirmed before you reach the premises, other wise if host didn’t accept you, loose time and money, if it’s middle of night nothing else to say. The Real "THUGS OF HINDUSTAN"
I booked with them for Mahabaleshwar almost 3 weeks back and paid upfront for my family stay for 3 nights for 3 rooms 3 days back, since I thought oyo are reliable. I reached the property and surprised the owner saying that oyo did not send confirmation of my booking. I called oyo customer care several times and each time before the call gets routed to their senior advisor, they will drop the call. Imagine you took your aged parents and they make you sit outside the hotel for 2-3 hours and oyo don't want to answer or solve your booking. The property owner though being courteous spoke to oyo to reallocate my booking, but oyo want to eat my hard earned money which I paid. I had to manage with a single room overnight elsewhere but still oyo are sleeping. My family & myself called them several times, but "thugs of Hindustan" are still sleeping.
I will not leave any social & consumer forum website until I get my money and compensation for my suffering. To conclude, please stay away from these thieves. All rooms offered & photos on site are fake and they are fraud and thieves.
Bad experience
I booked a hotel in Bangalore for 4 days and once I reach to the hotel I didn’t like it cause it was unsafe and environment was so toxic . I needed to either change or get refund but they didn’t helped me at all . When I talked to the receptionist they said I need to contact the oyo as I had booked it online once I contact the customer service they said I will transfer your call to my seniors and they put my calls either on hold or in mute for an hours . So unprofessional.
So much disappointed I recommend not to book from this app .
POV : never going to use this app again ever in my life . And I didn’t get my refund yet . Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
