Description
Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

Can’t login after the update
I’m not able to login back since the last update. If I try using forget password it gives an error ‘Invalid Credentials’ and if I try to re-register I cannot as the details already exists and asks me to use forget password.
Kindly fix the issue as I have registered complaints which I need to keep track of.
Issue with profile update
I update my profile to complete it, I have issue after updating, my DOB is selected wrong, it’s not that what I select also my area selected is wrong I select Islamabad and it selects Gilgit Baltistan. I tried to change but it is not changing now. There should be option for correction of data
Excellent Initiative but needs an escalation and rerouting process
One of the best initiatives by the new Government, I filed a few complaints and got very valuable feedbacks. However, there are major issues with complaint routing and lacks an escalation process. Sometimes the complaint gets assigned to a totally irrelevant person/department and then never gets updated and goes into a black hole. There should be a way to escalate and reroute the complaints in case the person/department does not respond.
