Nice app
I have ordered many baby items from here, the quality is good but for some clothes are a bit pricey compared with the quality, and the delivery took a bit longer than it supposed to be, also I was struggling with the Arabic language and just recently figured out how to fix it, even though you chose the language to English but if you put the country UEA or Saudi Arabia it will still give you Arabic language, you have to choose the country to USA or UK and change the currency to your preference, a bit strange though, but overall I am happy with the clothes, will definitely order from here again and if possible to change the minimum order to 200AED for free shipping would be great 🙂
Items received broken
This application is really fraud and cheating us by sending the broken items and in bad condition. Also, when I want to return the item no reply from them.
Reviewing regarding the customer service of PatPat team
This is the worst ever shopping app I have ever shopped with in my entire life. These people never response to your mails regarding any of your query. I have mailed them multiple times regarding the return of my product, for which we only get an auto generated mail that they will provide the voucher but they never do so and upon asking they don’t even reply.
Even there is no option to return the product in the app like other apps do have.
I request you all not to purchase from this site as it will only lead you to waste your money.
