Update:
Following the below experience, the customer service handling whatsapp inqueries needs to improve. They only use automated response to certain questions which is not helpful at all. What is the logic of having a customer care if you cannot provide solutions or better options to your clients. After sending email to customer service its the only time I got a promising response from the customer service manager and eventually resolve the issue. Your app is amazing since it provide lots of alternatives and incredible services. Keep on improving. Goodluck👍🏼

Before I use a certain application I always scout information & was amazed how this application to be trust worthy as per consumer feedback. Last month was a successful money trasfer from the app to my bank account. Last 26 July at exactly 13:23:05 PM I made another transfer from the app to my bank account. Unfortunately until this very moment it is still processing and its almost 48 hours now. I am frustrated and anxious at the same time of what could might happen to my money. There was NO notification or SMS I received that the site was temprarily unable to do the transfer so its very frustrating to keep on waiting and checking back your account over and over again. I hope you could resolve the issue ASAP.

I cannot update my Eid
My EID will expired today so I’m expecting that I can update my new one coz that’s what they told Me the option will soon the Eid it’s already expired but then no option came out ! To be honest this is my 4th cash loan and I’m always pay my loan I’m advance but now i cannot do my transaction coz I cannot update my Eid

Payby is a good app for me makes me easy pay easy to transfer no hassle I do pay my bills I mobile recharge intl same time recieved transfer money to my bank account it’s quite little wait if you transfer but it’s normal waiting 1 hour same in bank the processing . I do loans as well approved me two times
